How long do your cookies and sweets stay fresh?
Our baked goods are made to order and individually heat-sealed to maintain maximum freshness. Most items stay delicious for up to 4 weeks when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do you ship nationwide and how is it packaged?
Yes, we ship across the country. We take extra care in our packaging process, using bubble wrap and sturdy gift boxes to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition, no matter the distance.
Can I place a custom order for a special event?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom designs for birthdays, weddings, and corporate events. Please contact our team via the 'Custom Orders' page at least 2 weeks in advance to discuss your vision.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
We currently offer a specific range of gluten-free and vegan-friendly treats. Please check the product descriptions for dietary labels, but note that our kitchen handles allergens like nuts, dairy, and wheat.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can make it right.
Can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your sugar rush every step of the way.
